Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside of their trade, business, or profession.)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:
- On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you ordered multiple goods in one order, and they will be delivered uniformly;
- On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods in one order, and they will be delivered uniformly.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do so via email at: info@audanceD'or. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur extra costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods immediately, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling by you, after checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer or clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
- For the supply of goods that can deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date has passed quickly;
- For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon in the contract, and which can be delivered only 30 days after the contract is concluded, and whose value is dependent on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot control;
- For the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if the seal was removed after delivery;
- For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- For the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
